Events
People counting for events, fairs and festivals, for a few days or weeks — and visitors and passers-by at a trade show stand.
People counter rental, made simple: rent a people counting system as a complete mobile set on a monthly basis: camera, licence and a cabinet with router and mobile data. You supply power and a mounting point — that is all.
A mobile people counter makes sense wherever the counting has an end date — or where you want proof before a larger purchase.

Pools, exhibitions or Christmas markets that only open for part of the year.
Real figures from one entrance before a larger procurement.
Temporary premises without network infrastructure of their own.
The monthly rate is a complete service, not a box of parts. The set arrives configured, with the counting software of the Vicodis Visitor Counter already licensed for the rental period.

The router connects the set over mobile data, so the figures are available while the camera hangs at your site — no access to your own network needed.
Very little. The set brings its own connection, so you need no IT department and no network. Where exactly the camera should hang is explained in installing and aiming the camera.
The rental runs month by month and can be extended as long as you need it. Before the set goes back, you export the figures for the whole period as CSV or PDF. Then we delete the counting data on the camera with a one-time deletion key, so the next customer starts with an empty database.
Power and a mounting point, nothing else. The rental set brings the camera, the Vicodis licence and a cabinet with router and mobile data, so you need no network, no server and no IT department on site. The camera is mounted from 2.50 metres upwards above the entrance you want to count.
Yes. Before the set goes back, you export the figures for the whole rental period as CSV or PDF, and scheduled email reports can deliver them during the rental anyway. After the return, the counting data on the camera is deleted so that the next customer starts with an empty database.
Yes, that is one of the main uses. People counting for events needs a system for a few weeks, often at a site without its own network. The mobile set brings its own connection, shows the live occupancy for the entrance staff and delivers the visitor figures for the event report afterwards.
